Our Executive Council team consists of the President or leaders of each member association. They play a leading role in strategic decision-making, general policy direction and deliberations.

Moustapha Bayo

President of Basse Côte Ohio Lagni

Moustapha Bayo, President of Basse Côte Ohio Lagni, is a visionary leader dedicated to unity, cultural preservation, philanthropy, and service to others. Under his leadership, the organization has achieved official 501(c)(3) status, strengthened social assistance programs, and promoted transparent governance. He actively encourages volunteerism and brings the same spirit of innovation and accountability to his professional career in IT modernization.

Adama Sylla

President Basse Côte New England (Boston)

Statutory member for drafting the statutes and internal regulations of the coordination in 2011.
Founding member of the Basse Côte New England Coast Union.
Facilitator of the organization of the Washington Convention under President Sankhon by negotiating the Marriott Hotel for the first time in history, including meals.
Facilitator of the greatly reduced hotel room costs for all convention participants.
Former vice president of the coordination.
Initiator of the renovation project for the Madina Franco-Arab school in Kamsar.
Facilitator of the installation of President Fode Diawara’s office.

Mr. Demba Cissé

President Basse Côte New York

Economist, Project Manager, and current President of the Lower Shore of New York.
He is a Resource and Major Pillar Member, and considered one of the “architects” of the Coordination’s major institutional reforms since 2011.

Mme Mohamed M’mah Keita

President Basse Côte Alabama

She is a professional hairdresser, a profession she passionately pursued from 1985 to 1997 in the Republic of Guinea.

She arrived in the United States in 1998, more precisely in New York, where she settled in Roosevelt, New York. On September 12, 2002, she moved to Alabama, where she currently resides.

She was appointed Vice President of the Lower Alabama Coast Association. A year later, she had the honor of being elected President of the same association.

Today, she has been appointed First Secretary in Charge of Social Affairs within the Lower Guinea North America Coordination.

Mr Fode Mohamed Drame

President Basse Côte Memphis

Fode Mohamed Drame currently serves as the Vice President of the Coordination Basse Guinée North America, a role he has held since August 30, 2025. He has also been the President of Basse Côte Memphis-TN since 2020. A committed and transparent leader, Mr. Drame is known for his strong work ethic and dedication to community development.

Mohamed Fleming Soumare

President of Fria

Mohamed Fleming Soumaré, is a founding member of the Association of Nationals of Fria (ARESIF). He was president of the said association for years and Coordinator General ADG/DMV in Washington DC. Today, representing the ARESIF office in the Coordination Basse Guinée North America , he is one of the wise men and advisors of the offices of the coordination Basse Guinée and the Mandingue association in Washington.

Mmme Cissoko Fatoumata Binta Sylla

President Basse Côte Indiana

Fatoumata Binta Cissoko serves currently as Vice President of the Coordination Guinea North America and also as President of the Basse Côte Indiana

M’Bappé Bangoura

President Basse Côte New Jersey

Mbape Bangoura has been known for his community leadership. He served and was part of the Guinean Community of New Jersey Board. He was a founding member of the New Jersey Soccer Federation. He was part of the hosting Committee of the 2022 Guinean InterState Soccer Tournament in New Jersey and also the 7th Convention of the Coordination Basse Guinée Amérique du Nord in 2023.
Since 2022 he is serving as President of the Basse Côte New Jersey.

Mbalia Kande

President of Basse Côte Atlanta

Mbalia Kande Aribot is a proud native of the Republic of Guinea and a dedicated community leader. She serves as Vice President of the Guinean Association of Atlanta, President of the Basse Côte Community of Atlanta, Vice-President of the Coordination Basse Guinée of North America, Président of the Conseil Exécutif Basse Guinée North America, and a Board Member of NoirUnited International, a global development organization connecting Africa and the diaspora through community-based initiatives. She is also the co-founder of B & K Children’s Foundation, which supports orphaned children in Guinea by providing education and meeting their basic needs.

Mbalia holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Project Management from American International University and a B.A. in Finance from Florida State University. With over 15 years of experience at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), she brings strong expertise in project management and public service to her leadership. A passionate advocate for women’s economic empowerment, equity, and inclusion, she remains committed to advancing the well-being of the Guinean community locally and globally. She is also the proud mother of four beautiful children.

Second Vice President of the Kindia Amical Association and also responsible for organizing the Lower Shore of New York.

Mr Hamed Toure

President Basse Guinée Philadelphia

President Basse Guinée Philadelphia since 2024.
Before becoming President, he serves as Vice President of the Basse Guinée Philadelphia for years.
He is also founder member of Noor Albayan Islamic Learning Center.
Hamed Toure works with transparency and like Happy life.

Abou Camara

He served as President of the Federation of DMV Soccer Organization. He was active member of the AGDMV. He served as member of the Basse Côte Washington before becoming President in 2024.
Abou Camara is known for his great leadership style in the Guinean community of America.
