Fode Mohamed Drame

Vice President

Fode Mohamed Drame currently serves as the Vice President of the Coordination Basse Guinée North America, a role he has held since August 30, 2025. He has also been the President of Basse Côte Memphis-TN since 2020. A committed and transparent leader, Mr. Drame is known for his strong work ethic and dedication to community development.

Prior to his current role, he served as Secretary of Sports and Culture for CGE-USA beginning in April 2018. He is also the Vice President of the Guinean Community and Friends of Tennessee, where he continues to promote cultural unity and civic engagement.

Since 2011, Mr. Drame has represented the state of Tennessee in the Guinean Interstate Soccer Tournament, demonstrating his long-standing commitment to sports and youth empowerment within the Guinean diaspora.

Mmme Cissoko Fatoumata Binta Sylla

Vice President

Fatoumata Binta Cissoko serves currently as Vice President of the Coordination Guinea North America and also as President of the Basse Cote Indiana. She has served as activate member of the Coordination Basse Guinee Amerique before becoming President of the Basse Cote Indiana and Vice President of the Coordination Basse Guinee Amerique.

Annette Camara

General Secretary of Coordination Basse Guinée North America

Annette served as General Secretary of Basse Cote Atlanta and ARGA since 2023 before becoming General Secretary of the Coordination in September 2025.
Annette Camara was originally raised in Kamsar. She went to Mahtar M’Bow, 2 October & Saint Mary. She Immigrated to the USA in 97 in Pittsburgh Pato where she pursued her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and serves a Social Work program for 24 years. She moved to Atlanta 3 years ago. She love to volunteer, hike, play tennis, basketball and traveling.
Her goal/ dream is to open a food pantry in Guinea

Mme Fatoumata Bangoura

2nd General Secretary

Fatoumata Bangoura, born in Conakry. She studied accounting and management. She have been in the United States since 1998. Fatoumata works at United Natural Foods & Inc. Member of the Basse Guinee Atlanta Association . She was the President of the of Guineans Association of Colorado; then the Vice-President of African Women of Colorado; she was also a member of the Women Empowerment Group of Colorado.

Babara Sylla

Treasurer

Mr Babara Sylla is originally from Kindia through his father.
Born and raised in Conakry. Married and the father of three (3) children.
He resides in Columbus, Ohio.

Amara Konaté

Secretary of Communication

Amara Konaté have served as President of the Guinean Community of Louisiana for years. He has been an active member of the Coordination Basse Guinée Amérique du Nord since the creation. Amara Konate is known for his love for the Coordination Basse Guinée Amérique du Nord. He’s currently serving as Contractor at the Department of Defense of U.S.

Sidia Diaby

Secretary of Projects and Strategies

Member of Basse Côte North America, member of the Basse Côte Texas office, and member of the Guinean Association office in Austin for several years.

As Secretary General of Basse Côte Texas, he was a key member in its creation.

Member of the drafting committee for the statutes and internal regulations of Basse Côte Texas.

Achievements: Led the renovation of the Franco-Arab Borboff Primary School in Kamsar, Guinea.
Construction of toilets and digging of latrines at the school.

Directed the shipment of two containers from Canada and the United States to Guinea. Oversaw their delivery until the contents were distributed to villages and hospitals.

Secretary of Projects, President of Kandet Cissé (Alabama) 2021-2023.

Accomplishments: Led a five-member project group, built a health center in Manech, Forecariah Prefecture.
Managed the shipment of a container to Guinea and ensured the distribution of the contents to locations selected by the board.

2025 Convention in Texas.
Member of the Electoral Commission and member of the Local Organizing Committee.

Mariama Bah

Secretary of Treasurer

Mariama Bah is a community leader with over 18 years of experience in community life in the United States. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University Felix Houphouet Boigny in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. She also holds a LPN License, which she provides services to nursing homes and home groups. She is an active member of the Basse Côte of Greater Philadelphia, PITA, Pottal Fi Bantal and Sere Femmes Battantes associations, where she plays a very important role in several initiatives aimed at improving well-being and social cohesion. She is the founder and manager of the cleaning company M&MB cleaning business based in Philadelphia.

Ramatoulaye Soumah Bushu

Secretary of Communication

Ramatoulaye Soumah Bushu , born in Mozambique of a father, native of Kindia and mother from Labé. Military Spouse, married with Three kids, Bachelors in Human Resources /Management Studies from University of Maryland university College. Earned education certificates while on tour overseas. Worked for the US Federal Government’s Youth services as Admin Assistant, HR In Kaiserslautern Germany. , Also worked as Elementary School teacher in Hawaii, Germany and Maryland , subsequently.

Fatumata Kamara

She has a background in Motossori and children education She from Kindia samounkiri kondea A great contributor of the AGDMV maryland Ex treasurer of Basse Côte Washington DC. Curent vice president of Basse Côte Washington DC. She is currently serving as Secretary of the Women and Juvenile of the Coordination Basse Guinée Amérique.

Mariame Conte

Secretary in Charge of Youth and Women

Mariame Conté has a bachelor’s in education.
She is a full-time teacher at DC Government school system.
She was a former treasurer of AGDMV.
Shw is an active member of Basse Côte Washington DC.
She is also serving as s General Secretary of the Basse Côte Washington DC.
She is appointed as Secretary in Charge of Youth and Women.

Ibrahima Diallo

Secretary of External Affairs

Born and raised in Conakry, completed his entire school and university education in Conakry earning a master’s degree in journalism. His professional career began in 1997 in Coyah with an American organization, as part of an economic development and governance program. For nine years, he traveled through the villages of Basse Guinea before joining other international NGOs to implement various projects related to child protection, youth and women’s capacity building, governance, health, education, and agricultural development, holding positions ranging from field agent to coordinator. In 2013, he was recruited as Country Director of Winrock International in Guinea, where he led 4 projects for 10 years, including the USAID-funded “Farmer to Farmer” program, mobilizing more than 200 American experts to train agricultural school teachers, extension agents, and agricultural organizations. he also led a scholarship program that enabled around ten young women to complete their master’s degree in sustainable agriculture at the Faranah Institute. He then extended this program to Sierra Leone before continuing his studies at Emory University (Atlanta), where he recently obtained a master’s degree in development practice. His career has allowed me to work in all of Guinea’s sub-prefectures.

Aboubacar Saoumah

Secretary of External Affairs

Aboubacar Soumah moved from Guinea to USA back in early 2000 where and resides in California. He went to Berkeley City College for two years. Aboubacar Soumah has been a very good resource of the Coordination Basse Guinée Amérique even though he has no local organization. He’s always present and help whenever needed. He’s currently serving as Secretary of External Affairs of the Coordination Basse Guinée Amérique.

Rouguiatou Camara

Secretary in Charge of Social Affairs

Rouguiatou Camara, originally from Samoukiry Samayah in Kindia, Guinea, is a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the United States. She is also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Rouguiatou is one of the founding members of the Lower Guinea Coordination of North America and served as Vice President under President Fodé Diawara.

She played a key role in the re-establishment of the Guinean Community Office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and served as the Social Affairs Officer for the Council of Guineans Abroad (CGE) USA. Currently, she holds the same position—Social Affairs Officer—within the Lower Guinea Coordination of America.

Rouguiatou is a tireless and dedicated woman who remains actively committed to serving her community.

Mme Mohamed M’mah Keita

Secretary of Social Affairs

She is a professional hairdresser, a profession she passionately pursued from 1985 to 1997 in the Republic of Guinea.

She arrived in the United States in 1998, more precisely in New York, where she settled in Roosevelt, New York. On September 12, 2002, she moved to Alabama, where she currently resides.

She was appointed Vice President of the Lower Alabama Coast Association. A year later, she had the honor of being elected President of the same association.

Today, she has been appointed First Secretary in Charge of Social Affairs within the Lower Guinea North America Coordination.
